Stittsville splits neatly in two. The newer Mattamy and Cardel subdivisions north and west of the village are full of homes three to fifteen years old, where the work is getting rid of thin builder flat and dealing with the drywall cracking and nail pops that every new build produces in its first few years. The older village and Amberwood are 1970s and 1980s homes with textured ceilings, oil trim and real wood exteriors. Same town, two quite different quotes.

Yes, and it is by far the easiest way to do it. An empty house with no furniture to move or protect is faster to paint, which usually means a lower quote. If you have a closing date and a possession date with a gap between them, tell us and we will try to fit the whole job in that window.
